Shortages
Order queries
Please check the contents of your delivery as
soon as it arrives. In addition, check the seals
on the parcels and the number of cartons. Any
shortages must be reported to the sales of昀椀ce
within 72 hours of receiving the consignment.

AVSL Group will not be responsible for any
shortages reported after this time.
Making a payment
Warranty and spares
AVSL Group offers a 12 month warranty on
all goods sold. This warranty period starts
from the date of the AVSL Group invoice
for the goods.
For those of you who wish to undertake your
own repairs, we maintain a small selection
of competitively priced spare parts and
reconditioned components for the majority
of products sold.
We must point out that due to the changing
nature of the product we cannot guarantee
availability on our complete range.
Personal/Business Cheque
Cheques should be made payable to
'AVSL Group Ltd' and posted to our
usual address (AVSL Group Ltd, Unit 2,
Bridgewater Park, Taylor Road,
Trafford Park, Manchester M41 7JQ).

In the event that you have a faulty product
within the warranty period, our simple returns
process is as follows.
Fully complete the required 昀椀elds in the
Returns Request Form online at avsl.com,
ensuring you select the reason for the return.
Submit the completed form and our team will
then assess the return, request any additional
information and issue you with an RMA
number.
The goods can then be returned to AVSL
as instructed, well packaged and including
any accessories that came with the original
product. We will aim to process them within
10 working days of receipt.
Please note: Goods incorrectly ordered will
incur a 25% restocking fee, and the item must
be returned in perfect, resaleable condition.
You are responsible for returning goods to
AVSL Group at your own expense and for
providing proof of delivery.

email only. The advantages of sending our
invoices to you this way are:
• No more invoices lost in the post
• Invoices will be sent early the following
working day enabling immediate access
to your prices
• Invoices will be sent straight to the correct
person or department for instant
processing and checking
Please remember to inform us if any of your
details change in order for us to continue
sending your invoices correctly.
