Unless you inform us otherwise, any items
that cannot be immediately supplied will
be placed on backorder. All backorders are
automatically ful昀椀lled as soon as stock is
received in our warehouse, unless you have
advised us otherwise. Additional delivery
charges may apply.
Next day delivery
All orders received before 2:00pm Mon-Fri are
dispatched for delivery the next working day
before 6:00pm to UK addresses.
Dropship orders received before 3:00pm
Mon-Fri are dispatched for delivery the
next working day before 6:00pm to UK
addresses (excludes deliveries to Remote
Areas - see below for more).
Free delivery
We offer free UK standard next working
day delivery on orders of £125 or more (ex
VAT) for in-stock goods, with the following
exceptions:
Remote Areas - the following postcodes are
deemed to be remote by our carriers and will
normally receive a 48 hour service: AB, BT, DG,
FK, HS, IV, JE, KA, ML, PA, PH, SY, TD, TR, and
Republic of Ireland.

Channel Islands & outlying islands including
the Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Shetland, the
Orkneys & the Western Isles - Orders to these
destinations are not supplied on a carriage
paid basis, and customers from these areas
will be required to make their own transport
arrangements. Alternatively, please call our
sales department who will be happy to quote
you for delivery.
Northern Ireland – Free delivery for orders of
£250 or more (ex VAT) for in-stock goods.
Republic of Ireland – Free delivery for orders
of £500 or more (ex VAT) for in-stock goods.
All consignments are subject to a £72
customs fee.
Third party deliveries
Orders for third party delivery should be
placed via our website, or alternatively we will
accept emailed con昀椀rmation of the correct
delivery address. This must be a full address
including the postcode, a contact name at the
address and a telephone number (required by
our delivery carriers).
You must ensure that there is someone
authorised to sign for the goods as 3rd party
delivery addresses are often occupied by
many individuals.
Timed deliveries
Timed deliveries are available and will be
subject to an additional charge, which will be
communicated before the order is dispatched.
Large volume orders
Large cubic volume orders that are unsuitable
for carton based delivery will be dispatched
on a 24-48 hour pallet service, with an
additional surcharge applied should a tail-lift
vehicle with pallet truck be required.
We must also be informed if the delivery
address has access issues or any other
factors that may prevent a successful delivery.
Some products may be subject to additional
carriage charges. This service is only available
to of昀椀cial UK business addresses. We regret
that we are unable to deliver to domestic or
residential addresses.
